Drive strategic growth through partnerships
You’ll lead high-impact projects by managing joint marketing programs with system integrators and resellers, creating campaigns that directly influence business growth. You’ll strengthen relationships with strategic partners, opening doors to new business opportunities. By tracking and measuring partner performance, you’ll gain clear visibility into how your strategies are driving revenue.
Build credibility and market influence
Develop your strategic voice by shaping partner-specific messaging and assets, enhancing Bonitasoft’s market positioning.
Empower Partners and strengthen sales alignment
You’ll be the go-to expert, developing onboarding and enablement programs to equip partners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. Working closely with Sales and Product Marketing, you’ll play a key role in aligning partner efforts with company-wide goals. You’ll provide ongoing training and support to strengthen long-term partner relationships.
Measure success and drive continuous improvement
You’ll define clear KPIs and have access to performance data, helping you make data-driven decisions and fine-tune strategies for maximum impact.
What you bring
You’re fluent in Spanish, and have a decent level of French and/or English to adapt marketing content for different markets. You have a proven track record of executing successful co-marketing programs that generate pipeline growth. Your experience with system integrators and resellers gives you a deep understanding of partner dynamics.
A strong technical understanding of software is essential. You’re comfortable working with SaaS, automation, or enterprise software and can easily translate complex product features into value-driven messaging for partners and customers.
You’re proactive and independent, someone who takes ownership and makes decisions without needing direction. You thrive on collaboration but are comfortable driving projects forward on your own.
Onboarding - What to expect
We’ll set you up for success from day one. Our structured onboarding plan will give you the tools, knowledge, and connections you need to hit the ground running and start making an impact quickly.
First month : you’ll dive into Bonitasoft’s product and partner ecosystem. You’ll meet with Sales, Growth Ops, and Product Marketing to understand goals and align on strategy. You’ll also get to know our partners and current co-marketing efforts.
Second month : you’ll start shaping the strategy. You’ll create a partner marketing plan for key markets and build a quarterly action plan six months ahead. You’ll work closely with Sales and Growth Ops to make sure the strategy is fully aligned.
Third month : you’ll move into execution. You’ll launch co-marketing campaigns, create content, and organize events. You’ll begin tracking performance to measure success and adjust where needed.
By the end of the trial period, you’ll have a clear, long-term vision for partner marketing success. You’ll understand the partner mindset, know the key priorities, and show that you can take initiative without waiting for direction.

You’ll meet with Candice, our VP of Marketing. This will be an opportunity to discuss the role’s challenges and opportunities, understand team dynamics, and get insights into ongoing projects.
3. Put your skills into action
You’ll prepare a case study to showcase your strategic approach and present it to a panel.
4. final interview
You’ll meet with our VP of People, to wrap up the process and answer any remaining questions. This is your chance to ensure that you can envision yourself at Bonitasoft and that you share our ambitions.
