To shape this new era, we’re hiring a Growth Product & GTM Manager to lead the charge.

You’ll help unify legacy assets and a loyal user base with our modern brand identity, and shape how Bonitasoft breaks into and thrives in the AI orchestration and agentic SaaS space.
Your role
Lead a bold brand transformation : you’ll co-lead Bonitasoft’s transition to a unified AI-first brand. From naming and visual identity to messaging architecture, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with leadership, product, sales, and customer success to reshape how we’re seen and experienced in the market.
Architect the Go-To-Market strategy : you’ll define and orchestrate multi-channel, multi-market GTM campaigns across Europe and LATAM. Your toolkit: influencer outreach, social selling, affiliate strategies, co-marketing partnerships, and live events, all grounded in performance.
Translate vision into execution : you’ll turn product positioning into campaign-ready messaging by persona and region. Working closely with PMM, sales, and field teams, you’ll ensure everyone is equipped with consistent, compelling messaging across channels.
Focus on modern GTM tactics : you’ll explore and deploy AI-native SaaS best practices from creator-led awareness to ambassador programs. Your curiosity for the latest in agentic platforms, copilots, and AI-powered automation will guide experimentation and success.
Build scalable playbooks : you’ll document what works, identify whitespace opportunities, and create repeatable GTM playbooks that adapt to product and market maturity.
Enable Ccoss-functional success : you’ll ensure GTM alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Leadership. You’ll lead campaign rituals, retrospectives, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
What to Expect ?
Month 1 - Understand & Align : Grasp Bonitasoft’s brand, products, and AI roadmap, meet key teams and review GTM foundations, start mapping market trends and competitor GTM plays
Month 2 - Design & launch : draft 2025 GTM roadmap and brand rollout plan, launch a first pilot campaign with test messaging, begin creating core content and sales assets
- Months 3 to 4 - Execute & Scale : finalize GTM playbooks and messaging kits, set up GTM rituals and campaign tracking, prepare scaling plan (budget, resources, channels)
Who Are You?
Senior experience in GTM, brand marketing or growth in SaaS or tech
Passion for and knowledge of AI-native SaaS products
Proven record in leading rebranding or repositioning projects
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
Deeply collaborative with high stakeholder empathy
Fluent in French & English; Spanish is a plus
Curious, data-aware, product-minded
