Bonitasoft Benefits
Bonitasoft is undergoing a major strategic transformation ; evolving from a BPM-first company into an AI-powered orchestration platform that empowers business teams to automate complex workflows without being tied to rigid or costly ecosystems.
We’re preparing to launch an entire portfolio of AI-native products. Our legacy BPM platform, Bonita, remains a core part of our offering, now enhanced with AI capabilities.
In this context, we’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning, messaging, packaging, and enablement across our product lines. You'll serve as the voice of the product in the market, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption, clarity, and differentiation.
This is a strategic and executional role: you’ll define the product story, create impactful launch assets, orchestrate enablement efforts, and ensure Sales, Content, and Growth teams are fully equipped to succeed.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Growth Product & GTM Strategist, who leads brand and campaign initiatives, to ensure perfect alignment between product messaging and market execution.
Your role
You won't just deliver messaging, you'll shape a brand-new identity. Your work will define how we compete, how we win, and how we are perceived for the next decade.
Product positioning & messaging
You will own and refine the strategic positioning of both our legacy BPM platform and our new AI-native products. You'll craft a narrative that speaks to multiple audiences, from operations leaders and transformation executives to IT architects.
→ For example, you might turn a technical feature into a concrete benefit for compliance teams managing high-stakes workflows. Your messaging will not only clarify the value of each product but also tie them together under a cohesive, future-proof value proposition.
Go-to-market execution & enablement
You'll play a hands-on role in translating strategy into action by producing the assets that make launches successful. This includes sales decks, messaging guides, one-pagers, and objection-handling sheets tailored to sales and partner teams.
→ For example, if we release a feature, you’ll create the content that helps the field pitch it to CIOs and automation leads. You'll also lead internal enablement sessions, making sure the narrative sticks and that front-line teams feel confident and equipped.
Market intelligence & strategic packaging
You’ll be our internal radar on competitive and category shifts, ensuring our messaging and pricing stay ahead of the curve. This means tracking players in the AI Space and identifying where we differentiate. You’ll collaborate with Product and the executive team on packaging logic.
→ Your goal: make sure our offer design resonates and converts.
Brand alignment & GTM collaboration
In close partnership with our Growth Product & GTM Strategist, you’ll make sure that what we say about our products aligns perfectly with our evolving brand. You’ll help manage the narrative shift from Bonitasoft’s historical identity to a bold new positioning.
