At Bonitasoft, the recruitment process is the same for all positions and is a four-steps process.
Each step serves a specific purpose. Throughout the process, you will meet the people you’ll be working with on a daily basis. We want each interview to give you a better understanding of who we are and how we work, with the hope that it aligns with who you are and your way of working.
1. Let’s get to know each other
In your first conversation with our Talent team, we’ll introduce you to Bonitasoft, our values, and our mission. We’ll also take the time to learn about your background, motivations, and aspirations.
2. Meet your future manager
Next, you’ll have a discussion your potential future manager. This will be an opportunity to talk about the challenges and opportunities related to the role, as well as to better understand the team dynamics and ongoing projects.
3. Put your skills into action
Now for something concrete! During a practical exercise, you’ll have the chance to showcase your expertise by presenting a technical case. It’s an opportunity to demonstrate how you approach challenges and offer insight into your problem-solving style.
4. Wrapping up
Finally, you’ll meet with our VP of People, to review the process and address any remaining questions. This final conversation is meant to ensure you can fully envision yourself at Bonitasoft and that you share our ambitions.
